Personalised Mental Health Support and Therapy
Therapy has the potential not only to change lives but, perhaps more importantly, to improve the way we experience them. Whether you are navigating difficult emotions, working through past experiences or trauma, struggling with relationships, or simply feeling that something in your life isn't quite right, you deserve the opportunity to explore what is going on for you.
Seeking counselling isn't a sign of weakness, nor is taking time for yourself selfish. I see it as an investment in your own wellbeing, an opportunity to understand yourself better, discover new perspectives and begin making changes that feel meaningful to you.
I also recognise that no two people are the same. Your experiences, feelings and circumstances are uniquely yours, and I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. Finding a counsellor you feel comfortable with is an important part of the process, and I hope to offer a space where you can feel heard, understood and accepted, just as you are.
I aim to offer a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental environment where you feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind. There is no expectation to have all the answers, to know exactly what you want to talk about, or to share anything before you feel ready.
We will work at a pace that feels right for you, exploring your thoughts, emotions and experiences with curiosity and understanding.
